There is just so much to do within a short break in the historic waterfront t city, which has maritime attractions that have existed for over 800 years.

The Portsmouth Historic Dockyard is located inside a working Naval Base and this is the only place in the world where you can see the past, present and future Royal Navy.

You can pop in a see three historic ships, HMS victory, the Mary Rose and HMS Warrior 1860. This is an opportunity for you to get up close and personal as you see the history of the Royal Navy displayed through narrations from the common men and women who helped shape the amazing history of the Navy.

You also get to tour the harbour and see the modern Navy Ships just before going to the Action stations and the Royal Navy’s National Museum, which is the home of Enigman Machine of the World War II which played a big role in winning the Battle of the Atlantic.
